A Workplace Intervention is necessary when there is a clearly identifiable need, either with an individual or a group of people. It involves trouble-shooting, problem-solving, training and education. Workplace Interventions are in response to a critical need emerging in the workplace and involving the employees. These are:

Sensitivity Trainings
Return to Work Consultations or Facilitations
Therapeutic Support for Down-Sizing and Employment Termination
